End of Life Care
The dying process can be a very challenging time for family members and carers, and our aim at ‘Rosehaven’ is to help make this experience as peaceful and as beautiful as possible. Allowing people their best possible death is our focus, and we provide support for family members at this time with overnight guest beds available in each room.

Family Support
All our volunteers and carers are trained to provide exceptional care and support, and we encourage community members to attend our training days and consider some time volunteering their skills

Respite Care
Respite Care: caring for someone with a life limiting illness is hard work and a huge commitment. Our respite care offers family members and dedicated carers the opportunity to take a break, whether for a few hours or a number of days. Our Aim is to have the Hospice open for Day Respite seven days a week, and longer in our five bedroom home available by arrangement.

Transitional Care may be offered
We will offer transitional care for those intending to return home after hospital, to help build confidence and awareness of limitations in a safe and caring environment.
