The Rosehaven Hospice originated from several members of the community sharing a desire to create an option for community palliative care services outside of a hospital environment.
Modelled on similar palliative care hospices in Queensland and Southwest Victoria, we aim to build a community who cares for their dying in the most natural and home-like environment possible.
Our vision for Rosehaven Hospice is to provide as close to home care as we can in a relaxed, tranquil setting, so that people can approach end of life in a supported and peaceful way.
