Bereavement Support Group

Our facilitated Bereavement Support group is held on the first Thursday of the month.

Friends Of Rosehaven Morning Tea:

On Wednesday mornings our volunteers gather for a cuppa and a chat, while also attending to various household and garden tasks.

This is an opportunity for people to come together, share a plate of morning tea, be social and make new friends, all while supporting Rosehaven and the work that we do.

Morning tea from 10am -12pm, no need to book, just come along and join us at 82a Malcolm St, Mansfield.

Palliative Care Victoria Volunteer Training

The training is a 2-day course covering the 9 modules of palliative care, with specialists in different fields presenting. This ensures high quality training and that our volunteers (“Rosehaven Angels”) are confident and comfortable to provide support in the community.

Training includes:

  • Diversity
  • Loss and Grief
  • Illnesses and Care
  • Dying and Death
  • Self-Care

This is then complemented with a half day orientation at Rosehaven once training has been completed.

Training is held as required, to register your interest please contact manager@rosehaven.org.au or 03-57753161
