Providing home-like, supportive end-of-life care and respite
Rosehaven was founded in 2015 after Bob and Isabel Appleby were inspired by their visit to Katie Rose Hospice in Queensland. Together with Rose Gilder, they envisioned bringing a similar compassionate, home-like environment for end-of-life care to the Mansfield community. Bob’s dedication and vision led to securing the property at 82A Malcolm Street, and while he has since passed, his legacy continues through Rosehaven’s mission to provide holistic, supportive care for those in their final stages of life.
